Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

∎ Proven experience in HR and/or accounting roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and HR management tools.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and financial best practices.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and employee orientation.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leave, attendance, and performance evaluations.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
∎ Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
