∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in HR, Management or relevant discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all administrative HR responsibilities, including documentation, handling personnel records, analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
∎ Deal with complex sensitive day to day people management issues
∎ Conduct weekly, Monthly, Yearly meetings with respective business units.
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
∎ Attendance & leave management.
∎ Separation, retirement, final settlement, etc.
∎ Store, housekeeping and related works.
∎ Various reports on HR & Administrative works.
∎ Legal documentation.
∎ Any other assignment was given by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 22 years
