Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM/Masters
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring all kinds of HR & Admin related activities.
∎ Maintenance all kind of HR & Admin related document.
∎ Assist in HR & Admin for smooth functioning of administration.
∎ Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the work premises.
∎ Assist to Manager (HR & Admin) in preparing and circulating office orders and administrative mails.
∎ Helping with recruiting and selecting employees as per requirements.
∎ Assist in recruitment process and providing the necessary inputs.
∎ Assist to conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
∎ Drafting documents, letter, advertisement, dispatch, etc.
∎ Prepared and maintaining daily attendance, statement and salary head office and factories.
∎ To maintain employees, leave record.
∎ Prepared and maintaining head office and all factories employee overtime & various allowance.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating database, personal file, personal database of each employee.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum Five (05) year(s) experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregates, Asphalt & Concrete Block Etc.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Knowledge on social compliance issues
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good Experience on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
