Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR & Admin routine works
∎ Worker recruitment, exit & other process
∎ Should have huge number of workers/manpower handling skill
∎ Payroll handling
∎ Grievances handling
∎ Should aware of the daily updates or changes in the government rules, regulations & payroll taxes
∎ Entire Admin activities and keep monitoring of security & other issues
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer & command in English
∎ Good communication knowledge
∎ Managerial/large team handling skill
∎ Candidate should aware of the BEPZA rules & regulations
∎ Time management skill
∎ Team Management Skill
∎ Sound knowledge in Reporting, Analysis, Decision taking, issues facing & resolving skill
