Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement annual HR and administrative strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.

  • HR Operations Management: Oversee core HR functions, including compensation and benefits, training and development,performance management, manpower planning, and succession planning.

  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage the HR & Admin team by assigning tasks, ensuring collaboration, and following up on key initiatives.Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Promote HR programs that foster a positive, efficient, and conflict-free work environment.

  • Performance & Reward Management: Design and implement a robust performance management system and establish a reward culture that recognizes and motivates employees based on merit

  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise and enhance administrative functions to support business operations effectively.

  • Other Duties: Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
