Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company objectives.

  • Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, daily attendance, Increment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and job separation process, etc.

  • Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.

  • Take disciplinary actions and handle complaints & grievances.

  • Worker counseling, motivation & support line management for a smooth work process.

  • Any other tasks assigned by Management.
