∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Knowledge of labor law, disciplinary policy, and employee rights.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bezpoke is hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, policy enforcement, employee engagement, and HR operations across departments. You will play a critical role in shaping company culture and workforce performance.
∎ To lead and manage all HR functions at Bezpoke, including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee welfare, compliance, and performance management. The HR Manager ensures that the company culture, productivity, and organizational growth are aligned through effective people management.
∎ Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all departments.
∎ Implement HR policies, attendance systems, and code of conduct enforcement.
∎ Maintain employee records, payroll input, leave, and benefits tracking.
∎ Conduct training sessions, induction, and quarterly staff evaluations.
∎ Organize team-building, welfare, and internal communications activities.
∎ Resolve employee grievances and ensure fair treatment across teams.
∎ Stay updated with local labor law and HR best practices.
