• Age 25 to 50 years

• 3–5 years of experience in interior design or architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and design presentation tools Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and modular design
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Good visual sense and presentation skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Architect Interior Design to join our high-end design team. To conceptualize and deliver creative, functional, and aesthetic interior designs for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for creating layouts, concept visuals, and coordinating with the execution team to bring curated interior experiences to life.

Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand project scope and aesthetic preferences

• Prepare space plans, mood boards, and material /color palettes

• Supervise 3D render development and final presentation boards

• Coordinate BOQs, material specs, and site handover documents

• Present concepts and revisions to clients for approval

• Prepare design documentation and ensure BOQ handover to execution team

• Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor

• Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification to ensure proper execution

• Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report

• Stay updated with global design trends, product innovations, and space optimization techniques.
