Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining digital personal records like employment Contracts.
∎ Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously.
∎ Assist the visitors in meeting the intended person.
∎ To have strong analytical and computer skills.
∎ To maintain employee files & keep up to date.
∎ Update internal databases with new information.
∎ Execute daily administrative-related functions, including daily attendance, leave records, safety & security, recruitment, and housekeeping.
∎ Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies.
∎ Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes & practices.
∎ Drafting Appointment letter, Promotion letter, Transfer letter & various notes as per line manager instruction.
∎ Note about guests & customers, observe before meeting with the Managing Director.
∎ To maintain all data records paper related to recruitment, wages, and OT.
∎ Checking various bills & ensuring gate passes.
∎ Need-based recruitment/selection & posting.
∎ Know the procedure of publishing job ads.
∎ Security post monitoring & set duty roster.
∎ Performance appraisal for staff.
∎ Make and maintain good communication. (Via phone, call, main or physical visit)
∎ Must be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR activities.

∎ Computer Skill (must have)-(MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Fast Typing both English & Bengali, Internet Browsing)
∎ Work experience in an HR & Admin office or Similar role.
∎ HRIS/ HR Database Management.
