Job Responsibilities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the land/real estate business and current market trends.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for both individuals and the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Monitor market activities, analyse competitors, and provide market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee and follow up on all sales initiatives, promotional activities, and campaigns.
- Forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead corporate sales planning, execution, and new business development.
- Expand the customer network by engaging with professionals, business communities, and prospective buyers.
- Address customer queries effectively and focus on long-term relationship development.
- Promote a positive team culture, encourage collaboration, and enhance team spirit within the sales and marketing department.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
