  • Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive hands-on sales execution whenever required.

  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behaviour, and sales psychology.

Bhumi Properties Ltd., a fast-growing and vision-driven conglomerate with a strong presence in the real estate sector, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Executive Director (Sales & Marketing) to lead its nationwide sales operations. This role is designed for a seasoned industry professional who can inspire large teams, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen brand positioning through exceptional networking and corporate engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a large sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies for land-based real estate projects.

  • Build, nurture, and leverage a strong referral and client network to support consistent sales conversion.

  • Represent the company to top-tier corporate houses to generate high-value corporate clients.

  • Ensure excellent client communication, persuasive presentations, and successful negotiation outcomes.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align sales performance with company goals and vision.

  • Compile, analyse, and report daily sales activities, client interactions, and marketing performance.
