Experience:
- Deputy Manager: Minimum of 06 years experience, of which at least 02 years in the marketing department of the real estate industry.
- Assistant Manager: Minimum of 04 years experience, of which at least 02 years in the marketing department of the real estate industry.

The company’s ongoing Swapnobhumi Abashon is a Gated Community land developing project at the Purbachol Area. For onboarding smart marketing professionals, the Company is looking for performance-driven smart marketing personnel for its Corporate Headquarters at DOHS Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with the respected clients to convert leads and referrals to clients.
- Passionately address customers' queries and subsequent relationship buildups.
- Provide customer services to prospective buyers and clients.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
- Communicate with different professionals for prospective clients.
