∎ Performance Marketing
∎ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
∎ Hands-on experience with digital platforms, campaign management, and lead-nurturing systems.
∎ Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong visual and design sense with an understanding of colour theory and branding.
∎ Capable of overseeing or contributing to eye-catching and trendy visual content.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of social content trends, Competitor Analysis, and digital storytelling techniques.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate revenue. (Mainly focused on Land Development Company)
∎ Create personalized messaging for different customer personas based on data-driven insights.
∎ Analyze consumer behavior, competitor actions, and market trends to find new business and branding opportunities.
∎ Optimize digital ad budgets and performance across Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
∎ Generate conversion-focused content for web, social media, email, and offline channels such as billboards and signage.
∎ Oversee and report on key marketing metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
∎ Contribute to the creation of graphics and marketing materials for digital and physical platforms.
∎ Lead the production of printed promotional items like brochures, leaflets, booklets, stickers, banners, etc.
∎ Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and agency/vendor relationships for brand growth.
