Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish functional helpdesk system for supporting beneficiaries through receiving feedback regarding project assistance
∎ Maintain Communication with project participant remotely regular basis through mobile phone and receive feedback regarding project assistance.
∎ Receive phone call of project participants and enlist any grievance, feedback, questions and any other issue maintaining confidentiality and privacy of participant. Maintain CRM register and prescribed format for database.
∎ Ensure beneficiaries understand their privacy is well reserved and BRAC will not reveal their identity to anyone
∎ Assist beneficiaries to form complain who cannot submit in written or hotline number.
∎ Disseminate SBCC messages on dietary food diversity and cash back criteria to project participants through building block systems and mobile phone in regular interval and receive the feedback of behavioral change of awareness, nutritious food intake and cash back incentive status.
∎ Provide the updated status of project participants in every month about participants’ absent in slum from the date, returned back in slum, bkash status, deceased case and any other critical issues etc.
∎ Participate in project orientation, meeting and workshop for capacity development.
∎ Assist community organizer to communicate with shopkeepers, collect the status of food availability, food prices and mobile base transaction with providing the update messages from project ends.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
