HSE Manager

Educational Qualification Requirement: BSc. in any discipline, Diploma in

Marine engineering.

Mandatory Training Requirement: NEBOSH.

Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years practical experience in relevant department.

Job Location : Chattogram ( On-Site )

Roles and Responsibility:

• Plan and implement risk assessment, job hazard analysis, and review as required. Liaise with different stakeholders on matters related to health, environment, and safety Understanding company polices & safety regulations
• Act as in-charge of issue Safe-for-entry Certificate and Safe-for hot-work Certificate
• Maintain good practices followed on health, environment, and safety
• Identify and take necessary actions to reduce or eliminate the near misses, incidents and accidents, unsafe activities and conditions during recycling operation and inform the top management for any resource requirements related to health, environment, and safety
• Attend a management review meeting and safety committee meeting, arrange necessary training to all employees, as and when required
• Arrange mock drill as per EPRP, ensure and arrange proper identification, removal, collection, storage and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated during the recycling operation
• Assist and guide Health and Safety Officer, Safety Supervisors, Environment Officer/Hazmat Expert and Equipment Operators (HSE) on the matters related to health, safety, and environment
• Prepare and update all compliance related documents/registers whenever
• require.
• Maintain all measuring equipment in SRF, Update the Safety record book.
