Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Technology/ Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 24 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Run Brand new latest Technology Weaving Mills.
∎ Develop new buyers; contribute to company’s sales turn over.
∎ Performed the tasks for improving machinery utilization by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
∎ To Control & Standardize cotton yarn sizing & Sectional warping.
∎ To standardize & Implement process parameter & technology for Y/D weaving.
∎ To Organize & Administer Working people for highest efficiency.
∎ Overseeing production related tasks including planning control & trouble shooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control.
∎ Coordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customers requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate & Proven Knowledge on Weaving Air Jet Looms.
∎ Compressor & Humidification plant etc. Erection & Commissioning.
∎ Good command & knowledge on various Fabrics Standards.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Minimum 10 years, in Top Grading Export Oriented Mills.

Salary: Negotiable
