• Age At least 35 years

At least 5 years in a senior or group-level role, preferably in large manufacturing or industrial organizations.

1. Develop group-wide security policies, SOPs, and protocols to ensure standardized, compliant, and effective security operations across all units.

2. Plan and implement comprehensive physical security systems (manpower, access control, CCTV, perimeter security) to safeguard company assets and personnel.

3. Lead and control all unit security teams, supervisors, and vendors to maintain discipline, efficiency, and consistent service quality.

4. Assess and mitigate security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to prevent theft, pilferage, sabotage, violence, or unauthorized access.

5. Coordinate with local administration, law enforcement, fire service, and intelligence agencies to ensure rapid response and regulatory alignment.

6. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Accord/Alliance (if applicable), buyer security standards, and audit requirements to achieve zero major non-compliance.

7. Oversee gate management, visitor control, vehicle movement, and material in/out processes to ensure traceability and loss prevention.

8. Design and conduct emergency preparedness plans, fire drills, evacuation drills, and crisis simulations to enhance readiness and employee safety.

9. Investigate security incidents, misconduct, theft, or any breaches to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

10. Monitor and control security budgets, contracts, and resources to ensure cost-effective yet strong security coverage.

11. Train and develop security personnel on discipline, ethics, emergency response, and customer handling to build a professional security culture.

12. Report and advise top management on security status, risks, and improvements to support informed strategic decision-making.
