Conduct laboratory research and pilot testing to ensure successful scale-up in production.
Analyze raw materials, additives, and fillers to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Maintain close coordination with the production, quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of R&D outputs.
Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all documentation, test reports, and technical data are properly maintained.
Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff and cross-functional teams.
