• Age 40 to 50 years

• Develop and implement the overall quality strategy and quality management systems (QMS) for sweater production.

• Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to align with buyer standards.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product conformity.

• Oversee inline, midline, pre-final, and final inspections to ensure products meet technical and buyer specifications.

• Monitor defect data, analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Manage compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) and other international quality benchmarks.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team (inspectors, supervisors, and analysts).

• Build a skilled and responsive quality department capable of self-monitoring and improvement.

• Work closely with production, technical, merchandising, and buyer teams to ensure quality at all stages of production.

• Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management for decision-making.

• Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and KPIs on quality performance.

• Ensure accurate documentation of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

• Participate in buyer audits and technical visits as required.

• Implement tools like lean quality, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methods.
