Experience:

• At least 12 years

• A bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering/Garment Manufacturing Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.        

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Six Sigma certifications /ISO certification, particularly in ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)/ TQM certification will be beneficial & considered to be added qualifications.        

• 12-15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including roles in production management, or quality control, and washing and finishing processes.        

• 3-5 years’ experience in senior management roles in Quality function as AGM/DGM Quality Assurance/Head of Quality in RMG industry.

1. Develop and implement a unified group-wide QA framework and robust QMS to ensure consistent adherence to buyer requirements and global standards across all factories.

2. Establish, monitor, and report group quality KPIs, audit outcomes, and risk flags to provide the Management with periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) decision-ready visibility and early interventions.

3. Analyze defects, trends, and root causes; recommend and track CAPA actions to reduce defects, rework, buyer claims, and shipment risks.

4. Standardize and align SOPs, inspection methods (e.g., AQL), and critical control points to drive uniform best practices and right-first-time quality.

5. Coach and govern Plant Quality Heads through reviews and capability plans to strengthen ownership, skills, and accountability for plant-level outcomes.

6. Lead and facilitate cross-factory continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, process audits) to optimize processes, uplift FTQ/RFT/FPY, and lower cost of poor quality.

7. Collaborate with KAM, Production, IE, and Supply Chain to build quality into order planning and execution, minimizing short shipments and airfreight.

8. Engage and escalate with buyers and key stakeholders on quality matters to resolve issues swiftly, capture VOC, and reinforce the Group’s reputation.
