∎ At least 10 year(s) Experience in relation of quality production/operations technical sector.
∎ At least 10 year(s) Experience in relation of quality production/operations technical sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish quality control procedures for every step in the production process, from the design stage to the final product inspection.
∎ Regular audits of production processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
∎ Decide on all product and technical specifications for the garment including the construction and operation sequence, and the machine, attachment, and work methods.
∎ Manage quality control teams and professionals who inspect and test products for quality.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with the customer on product related issues pertaining to fit, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials etc.
∎ Manage direct reporting of individual quality managers of the departments and the facilities to drive quality throughout the value chain.
∎ Overlook customer on boarding, setting up processes throughout the vale chain aligning to the customer specific requirements and quality levels.
∎ Collaborate with other departments as works with design, production, and sales teams to ensure that quality standards at every stage of the product lifecycle.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards about changes in regulations, customer expectations, and trends to ensure that the company's quality control procedures remain effective.
∎ Specialist for Japanese and Korean customer's product quality.
∎ Train all new staff to assign the position.
