Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline / MBA at Apparel Merchandising will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise subordinate works and giving technical advice to improve their daily works.
∎ Conduct PP meeting, in-line and final inspection and Provide solutions to solve quality issues.
∎ Ensure all production corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Conduct style review meeting with sewing line team.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors.
∎ Work with respective cross-functional teams on corrective actions if any failures found in above processes.
∎ Discuss buying office Inline inspection findings should with cross-functional teams to get the corrective actions.
∎ Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members
∎ Follow up the QA - Inspector Daily routine & their work actions.
∎ Maintain the customer quality standard.
∎ Ability to handle Buyer QA department directly / indirectly.
∎ Ability to communicate factory management on quality related issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit & Sweater.
∎ Should have experience to work with under any Liaison Office or any Third Party Inspection office will get preference.
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented.
∎ Should have strong ability to getting self-inspection.
∎ Must have working experience from buying house or renowned company.
∎ Can handle with big volume of order quantity.
