∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Art Sketch, AutoCAD, Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising.
∎ Should be smart & well conversant.
∎ Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work on your own initiative.
∎ Experience in any multinational Company will be preferred.
∎ Candidates reside Uttara or nearby will be given advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The tasks depend on the market you will be working for.
∎ Create or visualize an idea and produce a design.
∎ Create mood boards to show to clients.
∎ Development of new designs from idea generation to final product.
∎ Conceptualize, create and help to execute season wise.
∎ Able to do tech pack, illustrator, Photoshop CLO 3D Program or any other fashion design software to develop the sketches, embroideries, prints & accessories.
∎ Understanding the buyers mood boards, seasonal color trend, material trend & different fabric qualities.
∎ Ensure the timely & successful design & development of products in line with the requirements.
∎ Strong understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics.
∎ Creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion.
