Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc)
∎ ISO Lead Auditor certification or similar is preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all manufacturing units.
∎ Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality standards, procedures, and policies in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
∎ Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant certifications).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
∎ Lead audits and inspections, both internal and external, and ensure readiness for buyer and third-party audits.
∎ Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization by training and mentoring staff on quality standards and best practices.
∎ Liaise with customers and suppliers to address quality-related concerns and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in quality management and implement new technologies and processes as necessary.
∎ Prepare and manage the quality department’s budget, ensuring resources are effectively utilized.
