Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead QA Team to handle day-to-day quality operations. Follow up QA manuals, QA training, handling shipment, inline, pre shipment & final inspection.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Correspond with buyer(s) and QA personnel to cope with buyer recommendation for quality.
∎ Independently handle the quality production, provide effective technical solutions to avoid quality problems. Work for quality improvements without compromising on high efficiency & productivity.
∎ Implement & maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product's quality. To sign off/stop production processes, change quality processes and shipments, if the produced garments don't meet the buyers' quality and safety standards.
∎ Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, and Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated and take steps to stop or reduce discrepancy to achieve the standard if necessary.
∎ Everyday morning management audit in new style line.
∎ Weekly Top 03 defects analysis is done on the basis of defect percentage in sewing.
∎ Monthly final inspection results is analyzed and corrective actions taken for future improvement purpose.
∎ Risk analysis is being performed or done for new styles to reduce defect percentage level in bulk production to increase productivity.
∎ Audits is performed in the factory and prompt solution is given to the team to solve the issues and meet customers' requirements.
∎ Review the audit/inspection reports/findings. Arrange information/data/document /evidence to make and fill up the CAP and to send to buyers as per their requirements.
∎ Make pre plan training schedule and on the basis of the plan to execute the trainings and collect feedback after training to know the quality employee's competency level.
∎ Yearly review Quality/Technical manual, policies and procedure to improve the factory quality standard and development.
∎ Set up departmental goal and data is analyzed to take corrective action and to set up future departmental goal
