Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process
Conduct inspections (inline, pre-final, and final) according to buyer requirements
Coordinate with factories, merchandisers, and suppliers to maintain quality standards
Identify defects and suggest corrective actions
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and international quality standards
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation
Follow up on production timelines to ensure timely shipment
Communicate quality issues to management and recommend improvements
Conduct sample checking and approval processes
Ensure proper packaging and labeling as per buyer instructions
