Responsibilities & Context:

• Must have the ability to do the paper patterns, manual

  patterns, and computerized pattern works followed by

  LECTRA software.

• The candidate should have the ability to give proper technical

  advice to his team having 300 sample makers. Per day 300

  pcs sample-making ability.

• Ensure quality evaluation and reporting on vendor quality

  systems.

• Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring expected requirements. organization's products.

• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.

• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.

• Conduct periodic management review meetings.

• Oversee product recalls.

• Lead the quality team to ensure quality responsibilities.

• Develop a strong, effective team who can deliver the best possible effort to the business in terms of quality, design, and speed.

• Preparing/editing departmental SOP and leading the

  technical team accordingly.
