• Sound Knowledge of BLA-2006 & BLR-2015 with Latest Amendments,

• Fire Safety & Prevention Rules,

• Factory Compliance rules related to RMG Industry.

• Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel,

• Manage the team proactively as a key team player,

• Effective communication skills internally & externally

• Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.

• Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.

• Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.

• Responsible for ensuring a healthy working place and maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.

• Provide compliance training to the concerned staff and workers.

• Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.

• Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. To face audits like Nirapon, RSC,  BSCI, SEDEX,WRAP, etc. for different kinds of buyers.

• Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow the best practices.

• Capable to handle COC audits of buyers like Walmart, Target, Aldi, Carrefour, Deichmann.

• Offer and face all First and third parties` Social Compliance / Security Compliance audits.

• Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc., at the time of worker recruitment & payment.       

• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
