Job Title: Junior Merchandiser (Buying House)

Job Location: Dhaka (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our buying house team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling both knit and woven products, along with strong coordination and communication skills to manage orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day merchandising activities for assigned orders

• Coordinate with buyers, factories, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

• Follow up on production timelines, sampling, and deliveries

• Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a buying house

• Strong knowledge of both knit and woven garments

• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Preferably a graduate from a relevant discipline (e.g., BGMEA University, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, or similar institutions)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (negotiable for highly deserving candidates)

• Performance-based incentives for candidates who can bring business or have existing buyer relationships
