Job Title:
Junior Executive – Digital Marketing, Design & Operations

Job Context:
We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and proactive individual to support multiple business ventures in the packaging and food catering industry. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow across digital marketing, design, and business operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create social media content (posts, captions, basic creatives)
• Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Run and optimize Facebook ad campaigns
• Respond to customer queries (inbox, comments, phone calls)
• Assist in business development activities
• Handle day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
• Good design sense + basic skills in Canva/Photoshop (or similar)
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing & Facebook Ads
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills (Bangla required, basic English preferred)
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn

Education:
Minimum HSC / Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s (any discipline)

Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Additional Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and practical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must be willing to work on-site (not remote)

• Portfolio is mandatory (social media posts / ad creatives / design work)
• Applications without portfolio will not be considered
• Shortlisted candidates may be given a small practical task

Salary:
BDT 15,000 (negotiable for experienced candidates)
