Inspecting all production processes and procedures.  

Preparing test cases of all the components of the product.  

Testing all the raw materials before the production starts.  

Using test results to make necessary changes in the production process.  

Ensuring all the equipment and machinery are calibrated as per the requirements.  

Preparing and maintaining inspection reports.  

Ensuring the products comply with the production standards.  

Making sure the testing area is clean and hygienic.  

Conducting tests as and when there is a fault in the production system.   

Reporting any production failure to the Quality Manager.  

Recommending areas of improvement to the Quality Coordinator.  

Adhering to all the quality assurance testing protocols.  

Performing all the administrative duties of the production process.
