∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional fashion Design Course
∎ Training/Trade Course: auto cad,Studio max,clo
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, CAD Pattern, clothing design, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Context:
∎ Product development is a broad field that encompasses all aspects of creating new products. This includes everything from initial concept and design to final production. The Head of Product Development oversees this entire process and ensures that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
∎ The Head of Product Development may also be responsible for managing the Product Development team. This might include hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees; setting performance standards; and providing guidance on how best to achieve company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ After receiving any collection/ Style- Sketches from Buyer follow the process of fit and final sample approval to handover Package to Production for Bulk Production;
∎ Guiding patterns and specification sheets for samples following a design brief;
∎ Assessing samples to ascertain if fit and "look" is as required/ expected;
∎ Attending fit meetings and discussing/agreeing suitable pattern alterations to achieve the required fit for production;
∎ Working closely with sample makers to prioritise pattern work in order to meet critical path deadlines as well as working closely with the design team;
∎ Creating 'special measure' patterns according to measurements sent by customers;
∎ Work with Product Development Team to improve the Garments Sample fit, better shape of pattern, samples & Grading.
∎ Production package handover to production department;
∎ Size set fit check & if any issue solves accordingly customer's standard;
∎ First off line production sample fit check & solve;
∎ Random production sample fit check and solve for betterment;
∎ If any technical assistance requires during bulk production provide assistance as necessary;
∎ Idea for new process development and implement in Development as well as in bulk production;
∎ Determines the process for creating a new item;
∎ Gathers the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed;
∎ Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item;
∎ Prepares reports on the various procedures that have been tried in order to eliminate methods that are unsuccessful;
∎ Oversees product development amongst a team of individuals;
∎ Presents new ideas to corporate executives in order to gain permission to develop product lines;
∎ Communicate directly with the customers' concern on regular basis through online database for updating for the same on each stage of development to ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled to meet the deadline of approval;
∎ Makes adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not working well;
∎ Advising suitable technical component to enhance cloth performance and control critical areas of the garment;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of pattern cutting multi-product, ideally Knit clothing, minimum of 10/12 years' experience in a similar role.
∎ Ideally with fast fashion dress, lingerie, intimate item, sportswear for ladies' background/knowledge.
∎ Good understanding of fabric and design requirements.
∎ Must be able to adhere to strict deadliness, good time management essential
∎ Good communication skills at all levels
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Must be able to work well within a team
∎ Strong communication skill over English;
∎ Experience in Fashion and Product Design Software;
∎ Strong command over Pattern Making, Grading, Consumption and Size Specification;
∎ Organize the record-keeping/filing/sample storage of the sample room to become a functional accessible PD workshop
∎ Strong presentation skill;
∎ Ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ During confirmation or 6 Month after Joining, revise of Salary based on KPI;
Every after 1 year of Joining revise Salary based on KPI;
Yearly 2 Festival Bonus equivalent to half gross per festival;
After Confirmation as per company policy pay 1 Profit Bonus per Year if comply;
As per law we pay Earn Leave;
We have Provident Fund Benefit as per Law
