Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work well with all departments-
∎ Manage SOP for sample room-
∎ Manage SOP for approvals-
∎ Have a good understanding of wash techniques-
∎ Have a good understanding of embroidery techniques-
∎ Have a good understanding of print techniques-
∎ Have a good understanding of testing requirements-
∎ Manages mills and suppliers well-
∎ Review each tech pack to give suggestions on execution-
∎ Follow up on all sourcing development -
∎ Communicate in English with UK and LA teams-
∎ Update internal systems correctly every day-
∎ Arrange trims and fabric for each style in the sample room-
∎ Chase up comments from UK /LA on internal systems-
∎ Make sure you know each status of your style-
∎ Make sure collections run on time-
∎ Take pictures of every style in the fit session-
∎ Type up comments in English for fit sessions-
∎ Ensure shoot samples are sent on time-
∎ Visit fabric mills /printmillss/trim factories
∎ Communication is key: in order to maintain a critical path carry out daily meetings where necessary to ensure all submissions are on track
∎ ensure tech pack handover happens for every style and collection point of tech packs and fit comments so you are on top of your style’s status for each tech pack and ensure you are driving the correct execution Research new techniques (including wash/fabric/print/embroidery techniques) to help drive PD from Bangladesh
∎ Ensure lab dip and trim trackers are correct and followed up closely Ensure any comments made internally are uploaded to Trello Airtable must be updated constantly and correctly
∎ sample room has the correct fabric and trims before any sample starts stitching
∎ Chase up comments and outstanding issues within 3 days
∎ Ensure pictures on Trello are truthful but to a high standard
∎ Ensure all fit comments are uploaded to Trello
∎ Ensure fabric and trim information is added to the Trello comments
∎ Visit mills that you are working with
∎ deadline is the shoot deadline; maintain it
