Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.
∎ • Production planning, implementation according to 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost and update time to time.
∎ • Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing to shipment according to plan.
∎ • Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ • Distribute production planning to all related production staffs and meeting to implement the planning properly.
∎ • Achieve 100% on time shipment.
∎ • Work with merchandising team, production team and Quality team to ensure QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ • Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
∎ • Chase finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.
∎ • Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV on a regular basis
∎ • Prepare Time and Action Plan
∎ • Prepare daily, monthly production MIS & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
∎ • Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ • Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ • Systematic group planning and execution of total production flow as well as balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ • Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ • Find the bottle neck point and resolve the issue.
∎ • Hourly production follow-up.
∎ • Non-productive time calculation.
∎ • Thread consumption.
∎ • Prepare daily production reporting.
∎ • Line efficiency and productivity calculation.
∎ • Daily man machine counting allocating.
∎ • Have to do the operator assessment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
∎ • Must have the ability to monitor and inspire team members to achieve the set plan
∎ • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ • Good knowledge & skills in computer, ERP, Fast-react software.
∎ • Strong technical knowledge in Planning system & control of plan.
∎ • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ • Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ • Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning for garments factory
