∎ B.Sc in Textile/ MBA from BUFT in Apparel Merchandising/ Fashion Designing.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising, Marketing and merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to do the marketing individually of full factory consists with 15-20 lines of factory and per month 5,00,000 pcs garments minimum.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring Marketing and merchandising follow up at every level of execution.
∎ Go the extra mile every day' for customers & need to have a capability to onboard new Buyer, New market.
∎ Based on season, timeline and trend, make the product presentations to customers and convert to the orders.
∎ Setting KPI for the department aligned with company SOP and goal.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new customers, products and markets
∎ Regularly collects and analysis competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning and IE for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch.
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all employees under him.
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ Team members performance review and its follow up. Overall team situation and needs/requirement reporting.
∎ Ensure our routine and procedures are followed, implement updates and improvements needed. Support supplier meeting whenever there is an issue make the supply chain smooth.,
∎ PCD hit rate 100% with proper TNA and order Ex. Summary as per company provided instructions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills
∎ Result oriented, ability to multi task, handle and bring issue to accomplish.
