∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing inventory levels by placing orders with suppliers or manufacturers based on projected sales volume.
∎ Managing the day-to-day operations of an ecommerce business, including customer service, inventory management, marketing efforts, and financial planning.
∎ Developing strategic plans for improving the company's ecommerce presence over time to increase sales and conversions
∎ Liaising with designers, developers, and other third parties to ensure the development of logistic sites meets the company's standards
∎ Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as customer satisfaction, revenue generation potential, and conversion rates
∎ Evaluating website performance to determine which elements are performing well and which need improvement
∎ Working with customers to resolve issues or concerns related to orders that have already been placed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships, both internally and externally.
∎ A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems.
∎ Ability to multi-task and meet simultaneous tight deadlines.
∎ Experience in end-to-end process management
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Strong problem-solving skills
∎ Solid troubleshooting skills
∎ Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms
∎ Good leadership and people management skills

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
