Job Context:
∎ To work as a core team member of the marketing department in planning and executing all digital marketing activities to achieve the short-term and long-term marketing goals of the organization.
∎ We are looking for an Executive/ SR. Executive, The candidate will be responsible for improving our website traffic as well as coming up with various marketing strategies and ideas which will help in improving our website traffic. Therefore, practical experience in marketing is an absolute requirement. It will be a full-time job with attractive benefits where you will be able to grow your career.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledgeable in Google Adwords, Google Analytics 4, GA4 Server-side Tracking, Advanced Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) for eCommerce, Facebook Ads Funnel, Facebook Pixel & Conversion API with GTM.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook & Instagram marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads Manager, more specifically, utilizing Conversion ads, and Lead ads with full understanding of Facebook Conversion API & pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Google Ads planning, measurement, audience & keyword analysis for best CPR on PPC & display ads.
∎ Managing and maintaining the company-owned media including websites,mobile apps, and email.
∎ Analyzing digital marketing analytics reports and sharing insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
∎ Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
∎ Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
∎ Experienced in Organic & Paid digital marketing pathways.
∎ Must be a creative thinker and problem solver.
∎ Create and update analysis for SEO using Google Sheets and Excel when necessary.
∎ Ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within
∎ the industry focusing on client's goals.
∎ Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer video briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).
∎ Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.
∎ Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
∎ High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Ecommerce, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO and Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Tiktok, Likee, Tinder, etc.)
∎ Experience in online marketplaces will work as an advantage.

∎ 25k-35k (Based on experience)
