Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting and finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting and finance
∎ CACC, CMA will get Extra Priority
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and Admin, Accounts and audit, Accounts and Finance, Banks & Financial, Cash and Accounts, Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction, Ecommerce, Logistics, tours travels
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a professional accountant for our Company.
∎ Candidates must have a professional degree in accounting along with minimum 2 years` experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all files and invoices and prepare records of minutes of meeting
∎ Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts including cash book, ledger.
∎ Manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub ledger for fixed assets.
∎ Monitor efficient working of HR staff and inform employees of insurance programs and employee benefits.
∎ Prepare and document all taxes and its filing.
∎ Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
∎ Maintain accounts and prepare all financial data and reports.
∎ Organize contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices.
∎ Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
∎ Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in quality of accounting and provide operational support.
∎ Maintain Audit related issues
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspects of HR & Admin issues as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, retention, increment, worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ Prepare an attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
∎ Manage HR functions including office timing, leave management, grievance management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Provide administrative correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, guest entertainment etc. as and when required.
∎ Follow up, analyze and drive sales to meet monthly category targets and related company KPI.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on experience
