Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, organize, analyze data, and prepare excel-based reports for management decisions.
Track follow-ups, approvals, deadlines, and action points, and provide timely reminders.
Maintain proper filing, documentation and records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth communication.
Support events, meetings, and business activities as required by management.
Maintain and manage the management team’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel plans
Prepare emails, letters, reports, powerpoint presentations, and meeting minutes with strong written English.
