Responsibilities & Context

• Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in Tally ERP 9/ Or Central ERP software maintain documentation timely.

• Maintain VAT registers, Mushak forms, and related records for manufacturing operations.

• Checking bills/ invoices from supplier, contractors or other vendors.

• Dealing with bank for transactions & also follow up bank payments

• Adjust advance payments paid to Procurement dept for material purchase or any other staff Operate all kind of Petty cash.

• Prepare Bank reconciliation statement monthly & also accounts reconciliation Deduct Tax at source from vendors and deposit to Govt.

•   Treasury Prepare statement for vendor payments and also required budget.

•   Prepare Trial balance Prepare different financial report required by organization.

•   Do any other task assigned by Accounts supervisor or management Process all payments timely,

•   Adequate Knowledge of Corporate Tax and VAT issues.

• Maintaining and recording all Day-to-Day transactions;

• Able to prepare monthly VAT returns (MUSHAK-9.1) & withholding TAX returns and liable to submit them on time;

• Ability to make a smooth coordination with Factory VAT and Accounts.

•   Maintain Mushak 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 timely.

• Ensure proper compliance with the latest tax and VAT acts and rules in Bangladesh, including the Income Tax Act 2023.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting software.

Need to know the Proven Experience in Ceramics Industries or Ceramics Experienced candidate Will be Most Preferred.
