• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional qualification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

• Conduct product costing, pricing analysis, and profit centre reconciliation.

• Manage incentives, discounts, trade offers, and budget variance analysis.

• Lead financial modeling and investment appraisal for capex, M&A, and new projects, including post-implementation reviews.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and KPI/dashboard development.

• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to improve profitability and ROI.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, benchmark performance, and support working capital optimization.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards; collaborate with audit and compliance.

• Partner with business heads and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities, risks, and strategy.

• Present financial insights, risks, and forecasts to senior and board-level stakeholders.
