• Bachelor/Honors

CA (Partly Qualified) / ACCA / CMA will be preferred

Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with BAS/IFRS

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports

Manage accounts payable, receivable, cash, and bank reconciliation

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements

Ensure compliance with Income Tax Ordinance 1984 and VAT & SD Act 2012

Prepare and submit VAT returns, tax returns, and withholding tax statements

Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits

Implement financial policies, SOPs, and internal control systems

Manage banking operations, loans, LC/BG (if applicable), and cash flow

Prepare required financial reports and statements on a regular basis

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements accurately and timely manner

Process payments and disbursements as per company policy and approval matrix

Prepare fund flow statements and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions

Supervise and guide the finance & accounts team members
