At least 3-5 years in a managerial role
Mandatory experience in Garment Accessories /Manufacturing / RMG sector
Strong practical knowledge of VAT, Tax, Customs & Bond

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager for our Finance Team located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS/BAS.
Prepare and submit required statutory reports, including VAT returns and FDI reporting.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of VAT, Tax (TDS), Customs duties, and other statutory requirements per NBR regulations.
Lead and support audits (internal & external) and respond to regulatory correspondence.
Costing & Inventory Management
Manage product costing and margin analysis to ensure accurate pricing and profitability insights.
Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation of stock records.
Reconcile IC supplier accounts monthly.
Day-to-Day Accounting
Maintain and record all daily financial transactions accurately.
Check and verify supplier, contractor, and vendor bills/invoices.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and coordinate bank transactions.
Liaise with banks for payments, fund transfers, and transaction follow-ups.
Planning & Financial Control
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to meet business needs.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and strengthen internal control systems and SOPs.
Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise, train, and evaluate finance & accounts team members.
Set performance standards, conduct reviews, and identify training needs.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, customs officials, and government authorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with operational departments to ensure accurate cost capture and financial reporting.
Support management with financial insights, variance analysis, and performance reports.
