∎ B.Sc. in Mech/EEE/IPE
∎ Textile/ Garments Industry, Multifunctional High Rise Construction where total MEP works in common platform, Have Experience to execute large scale HVAC( More than 2100TON), FLS( Multistage Operation more than 2000 of Smoke Detectors),Electrical ( Over 4000KVA Sub-Station).

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for supervision of all types of mechanical, electrical, fire-fighting works, HVAC works, CCTV, plumbing & sanitation works and installation of all other equipment's works, etc.
∎ Responsible for joint measurement with contractors for all project related works and process the same through the Head of Construction.
∎ Assist in installation, maintenance and commissioning of all types of substations, PFI panel, AVS, IVS, ATS etc. and Elevators in on all ongoing projects.
∎ Organize, planning and manage all contractors and vendors to ensure execution of works as per approved design and drawings and also ensure the quality of works as per the technical specifications.
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members and other stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for joint measurements with contractors for all the works and forward the same to the Sr Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical & Plumbing) for further necessary actions.
∎ Co-ordination and maintenance of all types of MEP works and prepare maintenance programs.
∎ Any other related assignments delegated by the higher authority
