We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to oversee the performance, maintenance, and reliability of production machinery and mechanical equipment across our 7 woven factories and 2 washing plants. This role ensures optimal machine utilization, minimal downtime, and long-term reliability, contributing directly to production efficiency and cost control.

As the technical authority in mechanical operations, you will standardize maintenance practices, support machinery selection and installation, and lead a team of Mechanical In-Charges and mechanics to ensure smooth and safe factory operations.

• Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules across all factories and washing plants.

• Monitor production and utility equipment performance to achieve high uptime and optimal utilization.

• Support troubleshooting of complex mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with procurement and factory teams for selection, installation, and commissioning of new machinery.

• Maintain a centralized inventory of all production and utility equipment for maintenance planning and capital budgeting.

• Manage breakdowns and maintenance through external service providers to ensure quick resolution and production continuity.

• Analyze machine performance data to identify cost-saving and reliability improvement opportunities.

• Train and develop maintenance engineers and technicians to strengthen in-house technical capabilities.

• Audit maintenance practices to ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.

• Report key machine and utility KPIs to management to support data-driven decision-making.
