∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the machines;
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machineries;
∎ Have to setup the line layout like Machine arrange, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement;
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery;
∎ Sound knowledge on effluent treatment plant, water treatment plant, sewerage treatment plant, water purification system, RO system, iron removal plant and responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and schedule maintenance of these utilities;
∎ Responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance of boilers, air compressors etc.;
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery;
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Team work & commitment.
