Education:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Specialized training in Garment Machinery Technology (Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Yamato, Jack etc.).
Strong knowledge of pneumatic, electronic, and automatic machines (if used in the factory)
Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for someone with deep sewing machine technical expertise, proven leadership in large-scale factories, preventive maintenance planning ability, and strong coordination skills.
Technical Expertise:
Ability to handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Skilled in machine installation, setting, and modification to match different product types.
Knowledge of attachments, folders, and gauges to improve productivity.
Familiarity with energy-saving methods and modern automatic equipment.
Leadership & Management Expertise:
Proven ability to lead a large team of mechanics/technicians (usually 80–100 mechanics in a 5,000-machine setup).
Experience in planning machine maintenance schedules without affecting production.
Ability to train junior mechanics and operators.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Productivity & Quality Focus
Knowledge of machine balancing according to style and operation.
Experience in line setting and reducing downtime.
Ability to improve machine efficiency, needle life, and spare parts utilization.
Safety & Compliance
Awareness of health & safety standards for machines.
Familiarity with compliance audits (buyers often check machine safety and maintenance records).
