Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Specialized training in Garment Machinery Technology (Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Yamato, Jack etc.).

• Strong knowledge of pneumatic, electronic, and automatic machines (if used in the factory)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams. 

• Ability to document maintenance activities and maintain records (digital or manual).

• Leadership qualities: discipline, motivation, and ability to handle pressure.

Job Context

We are looking  for someone with deep sewing machine technical expertise, proven leadership in large-scale factories, preventive maintenance planning ability, and strong coordination skills.

Technical Expertise:

• Ability to handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

• Skilled in machine installation, setting, and modification to match different product types.

• Knowledge of attachments, folders, and gauges to improve productivity.

• Familiarity with energy-saving methods and modern automatic equipment.

 Leadership & Management Expertise:

•  Proven ability to lead a large team of mechanics/technicians (usually 80–100 mechanics in a 5,000-machine setup).

• Experience in planning machine maintenance schedules without affecting production.

• Ability to train junior mechanics and operators.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

 Productivity & Quality Focus

• Knowledge of machine balancing according to style and operation.

• Experience in line setting and reducing downtime.

• Ability to improve machine efficiency, needle life, and spare parts utilization.

 Safety & Compliance

• Awareness of health & safety standards for machines.

• Familiarity with compliance audits (buyers often check machine safety and maintenance records).
