∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters with required experience in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with Customers, Community Organizations and employees enforcing ethical Business practice.
∎ Work with Management Team to execute Company’s business plan, Overall strategy and vision of the group
∎ Should be capable to hold the overall responsibility for marketing of woven garments especially shirts.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing of Shirt, Woven tops and bottom from foreign buyer.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyers / buying houses directly, and manage existing Marketing and Merchandising team and build up a good operational team for smooth execution.
∎ Skilled in costing, production planning and having technical knowledge of Woven tops and bottom.
∎ Capable of production, monitoring, quality assurance and ensure timely shipment.
∎ Should have knowledge on Costing, Consumption of all kinds of woven Garments.
∎ Communicating independently & directly with buyer.
∎ Communication with buyers nominated agents, vendors & suppliers as and when required.
∎ Organize the team to prepare a complete & realistic Time & Action plan/ Calendar.
∎ To execute the order smoothly in order to ship out within buyers’ time frame, after order confirmation.
∎ Coordinate with Quality team & Merchandising team on weekly basis to sort out problems.
∎ Guide Merchandising team for sourcing, suppliers and booking of all raw materials.
∎ Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and all of the groups target present market.
∎ Follow up order from confirmation to shipment.
