Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders for fund management
∎ Set strategies that align with the policies of the bank & direct and supervise a team for achieving banks liability target
∎ Ability to achieve the liability target of the bank in a way that revenue flows are maximized and fixed costs are minimized
∎ Ensure growth of CASA accounts & funds
∎ Develop strong customer base throughout the country by utilizing organizational and technological strengths
∎ Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
∎ Develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health.
∎ Create opportunities for signing Payroll business agreement
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures of competent authorities
∎ Help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the BM/BOM & other sales channels
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in reputed banks preferably 5 years' experience at the relevant field.
∎ Post-Graduation preferably in business background from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division.
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
