Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Sourcing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing all kind of knitted & dyed fabrics from sub-supplier factories to support 42 sewing lines garments.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing the knitted and dyed production process.
∎ Good knowledge on all kind of Knitted & dyed fabrics.
∎ Look after the daily Knitting & Dyeing Production.
∎ Ensure production plan and program outline.
∎ Ensue Operation as per SOP.
∎ Provide support for new development with quality standard.
∎ Ensure minimization of wastage and utilization of resources.
∎ Monitor in preparing a necessary receipt for production and obtain lab dip approval for meeting with buyers' requirements and standard in respect of color shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Monitor the recipe formulation, shade matching, machine utilization, time schedule and workload as per weekly/monthly target.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase the right knitted & dyed production from suppliers' factory.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
∎ NB: We do not have any dyeing factory.
